Are you seriously going to hire the same agent again?! Maybe you’ve probably tried to sell your home unsuccessfully, and your listing expired. If so, you’ve probably received calls from agents about this.
I make these phone calls myself, and that’s why I’m here. I like to learn what people want to accomplish and find a plan to help them achieve their goals. In fact, a lot of our business comes from people who unsuccessfully tried to sell in the past, so I know the dynamic of the sale.
One thing I hear all the time when I make this call is: “Thanks for the call, Robert, but we’re going to be listing with the same agent.” I tell people I understand, but I always ask what the agent will do differently the second time to get your home sold? I bring this up because it brings up some reasonable concerns. If an agent has your home listed for three to six months and was unable to sell, it’s likely that they’ve exhausted all their marketing strategies.
